What we keep
Your first name, email, role, first message, approximate country (from your connection) and whether you asked for the newsletter. They go to our private follow-up sheet for up to 24 months. Never sold, never used for advertising.
What we don't keep
The rest of the conversation. Your browser remembers your details on this device so you don't retype them; "Change details" in the chat clears them.
Who writes the answers
An AI model (Groq, with Google Gemini as a backup) guided by the founder's methods. Your messages are sent to that provider to write each answer, and Google's free tier may use them to improve its services. It can be wrong: decisions about people need your judgement and your HR process.
You stay in control
Leave out names of customers and colleagues. To delete your details, email contact@clarivoxx.com from the address you used: we remove them from our sheet and newsletter list. See the privacy policy.

Before you start
Is the coach really free?
Yes. You give your first name, email and role, then talk as long as you need. No account, no password, no card.
Who writes the answers?
An AI model (Groq, with Google Gemini as a backup) writes each answer, guided by the methods and articles of Clarivoxx's founder, who led a support department of 5 team leads and 50 agents. It is not a human, and it can be wrong, so use your own judgement.
What happens to what I type?
Each message is sent to the AI provider (Groq, or Google Gemini as a backup) to write the answer. We keep your first name, email, role, first message and approximate country (from your connection) for up to 24 months, to follow up. We do not store the rest of the conversation. When Gemini answers on Google's free tier, Google may use the text to improve its services, so leave out names and anything confidential.
Should I include names or confidential details?
No. Describe the situation without names of customers or colleagues, and leave out anything confidential. The advice is just as good with "a key account" or "one of my agents".
Can I get my data deleted?
Yes. Email contact@clarivoxx.com and we delete your details. If you ticked the newsletter box, every edition also has a one-click unsubscribe link.
