Pick a tool or build your own, enter your numbers, and get your results as a dashboard with my advice. Every dashboard is saved in your free account.

How the free CX dashboard works

  1. Enter your email and type the code we send you: your free account opens.
  2. Click Add a tool and pick the KPI you want to check, from CSAT and NPS to churn, AHT, Erlang staffing or win rate.
  3. Enter your own numbers: each field says what to enter, with an example.
  4. Click Calculate: your results appear as a dashboard with charts, and a what-if chart shows how the result moves if one number changes.
  5. Read the advice on the right: a conclusion on your result and the steps to take this week. Then share a link or download the report.
  6. Find every result again under My dashboards, or click Build a tool to make a calculator with your own formulas.

Frequently asked questions

Is the CX dashboard free?
Yes. Every tool on the dashboard is free. You only need a free account: enter your email, type the code we send you, and you are in. No password, no card.
Are my dashboards saved?
Yes. Every result you calculate is saved in your account under My dashboards, so you can open it again from any device and update the numbers next week.
Can I build my own tool?
Yes. Click Build a tool, name the numbers you enter (A, B, C…), write each result as a formula such as A / B * 100, and your tool works like every other one, with charts, a what-if chart, a report and advice. It is saved in your account.
Which KPIs can I check?
58 metrics for support, team leads, customer success, CX and sales: CSAT, NPS, CES, churn, NRR, AHT, first contact resolution, Erlang staffing, cost per ticket, attrition, win rate, OTE and more, plus the team performance forecast.
How is my result explained?
Each result is read against a healthy range where one exists, then you get a conclusion and three concrete steps: what to do this week and what to check next.
Can I share or save my results?
Yes. Share copies a link that opens the same tool with your numbers, and Download gives a PDF report or a CSV file for Excel or Google Sheets.
Are the formulas the same as on the calculator pages?
Yes. The dashboard uses exactly the same formulas as each calculator page, where you also find the formula, a worked example and an Excel version.
