Terms of sale and refund policy

Clarivoxx (clarivoxx.com), run by Abdessamad Ghanem, sells digital ebooks in PDF format. Each book page shows what is included, the number of pages and the price. Contact: contact@clarivoxx.com.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record, shows any applicable sales tax or VAT for your country before you pay, and sends your receipt.

Ebooks are delivered digitally. After payment you receive a download link by email and on the confirmation screen. If you do not receive it within one hour, check your spam folder, then write to us and we will send it.

When you buy an ebook, you may read it on all your devices and use its templates and worksheets in your own work and with your own team. You may not resell, share publicly, upload or distribute the PDF or its content, or present it as your own.

The welcome code (WELCOME20) is a $20 discount on one ebook priced above $20, offered to people who subscribe to the newsletter until 15 October 2026 (Algeria time). It is sent by email right after you subscribe and can be used until 15 November 2026. It can be used once per customer, is not cash or store credit, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be combined with other offers. We may end or change promotional offers at any time; codes already sent stay valid for at least 30 days.

If a book is not useful to you, email contact@clarivoxx.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order email, and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

Because ebooks are delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content may end once you download the file, if you agreed to this at checkout. Our 14-day guarantee applies in any case.
