Customer Success Health Center
A workspace for customer success managers: list your accounts, score their health with weights you choose, see which ones show churn risk, follow NRR, GRR and renewals, keep an account plan and prepare each QBR. Every formula is written on the page.
Optional: sync to your account Accounts are typed in or imported from CSV. Nothing connects to a CRM; data stays in this browser.

How the numbers are calculated
- Health score (0–100)
- Σ (component value × weight share). Each component is first turned into a 0–100 value. A component with no data is left out and the other weights are scaled up so they still total 100%. Bands: 0–39 At risk, 40–69 Watch, 70–100 Healthy.
- Product usage
- Usage % as entered, kept between 0 and 100.
- Engagement
- Days since last contact (d): 100 when d ≤ 14, 0 when d ≥ 60, and 100 × (60 − d) ÷ 46 in between. No date entered: left out.
- Support load
- Support tickets in the last 30 days (t): 100 − 10 × t, never below 0 (10 or more tickets scores 0).
- Sentiment
- NPS (−100 to 100): (NPS + 100) ÷ 2. CSAT (0–100%): the CSAT % itself. Not known: left out.
- Onboarding
- Completed checklist steps ÷ all steps × 100. No steps on the checklist: left out.
- Executive sponsor
- 100 with an executive sponsor, 0 without.
- Net revenue retention (NRR)
- (start ARR + expansion − contraction − churned ARR) ÷ start ARR, over all accounts.
- Gross revenue retention (GRR)
- (start ARR − contraction − churned ARR) ÷ start ARR, capped at 100%. Expansion does not count.
- Churned ARR
- For an account marked churned: its start ARR minus any contraction already entered, so the same revenue is never counted twice. Expansion on a churned account is ignored.
- ARR at risk and renewals
- ARR at risk = current ARR of live accounts scoring under 40. Renewals in 30, 60 or 90 days count live accounts whose renewal date falls between today and that day.
